What I Offer

Clinically Validated Approach

Grounded in evidence-based practices, I provide a path to healing for those navigating PTSD, CPTSD, burnout, caregiving, neurodivergency, chronic stress, medical diagnosis, or recovery journeys.

Empowerment and Choice

One-on-one sessions empower clients to make choices about their practice and explore what feels right for them in the moment. This sense of agency can be empowering for survivors, helping them reclaim ownership of their bodies and healing journey.

Safety and Trust

You have control over our shared environment. Building a one-on-one relationship creates a container to explore sensations and emotions that arise during a session.
