What Is Trauma Sensitive Yoga?

TCTSY (Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga) is an empirically validated, clinical intervention for complex trauma or chronic, treatment- resistant post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Offered privately or in a small group, the intention of trauma sensitive yoga is to offer opportunities to develop self-agency by exploring choice-making, rebuilding body awareness, taking effective actions, and sharing power with the facilitator.
