Cultivating curiosity and care through movement

Our bodies are the site of our lived experience, of movement and stillness, of oppression and privilege, of trauma and healing, of growth and self-affirmation.

What Is Trauma Sensitive Yoga?

TCTSY (Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga) is an empirically validated, clinical intervention for complex trauma or chronic, treatment- resistant post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Offered privately or in a small group, the intention of trauma sensitive yoga is to offer opportunities to develop self-agency by exploring choice-making, rebuilding body awareness, taking effective actions, and sharing power with the facilitator.
