Private Yoga Instruction
In private yoga sessions, I focus on building attunement with your own body to support your unique capabilities and growth goals. I’ve taught in studios, gyms, community centers, places of worship, and in private homes. I truly believe yoga is for every body.
Private yoga instruction can be an ongoing experience or a short-term project. Working one-on-one can provide:
- A low stakes introduction to physical asana and confidence building.
- Tailored, experienced hatha vinyasa sequencing.
- Immediate feedback and adaptive alignment coaching.
- Supportive yin or restorative yoga.
- Spiritual exploration and guided meditation practice.
I specialize in the modality of trauma sensitive yoga, which works to address complex trauma through developing self-agency and exploring choice-making.

My Yoga Background
I am a RYT-500hr with Yoga Alliance and completed my initial 200hr YTT under Julie Melk (Yogaworks NYC) in 2011.
