Trauma-Sensitive Yoga with Good Mother

I'm proud to be a featured facilitator with Good Mother's Expert Series this summer and fall. Please join me for one or all four sessions, co-hosted by Morgan Dixon, LMFT.

This series is open to all who identify as someone who mothers: bio-, step-, trans-, foster-, etc.- moms. Each of the four sessions will take place from 10:00-11:30AM. Space is limited to 6 participants per event. Cost is $45 per session. Sliding scale is available as always. There will be a brief interview with me and learning content with time for questions each session.
