Online Private Yoga Sessions

Intentional space to move that fits your schedule

You are busy and your time is precious. I offer 35 minute, online sessions to meet you wherever you are. Your first session is $45, and after that you can purchase in packages for a discount or pay for single sessions a la carte.

  • Single Session: $50 per 35-minute session.
  • 5-Session Package: $225 ($45 per session)
  • 10-Session Package: $400 ($40 per session).

Short sessions allow our work to be:

  • Tailored to Your Needs: Whether you’re working with past injuries or simply feeling the weight of overwhelm, every session is dialed into the goals that you have for yourself.
  • Short and Impactful: Whether you want to re-sensitize to your own body sensations or want to build some new yoga skills, I want our time together to feel like a step away from the hustle and into a space that feels like a deep exhale to carries you through the rest of your day.
  • Wholly Nourishing: Short sessions will prioritize connection and attunement through our shared movement—a chance to listen to your body, rediscover your heart, and replenish your soul.
  • Creative and Intentional: I draw on my training in vinyasa, Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Yin styles from a trauma-sensitive (TCTSY) modality. Each session meets you where you are, blending creativity with care to support your unique journey.
  • Committed to Your Self-Care: With multi-session packages, you can prioritize yourself and the growth you want consistently, even amidst the chaos.

After you book below through Zoom, you will need to do TWO things before our session:

  1. If you are first time client, please complete this waiver in the confirmation.
  2. Your registration is not complete without payment. Please follow the confirmation link to complete payment for your first session: $45 by Venmo, CashApp, or Stripe.
  3. JAN 2025: If you displaced by the Los Angeles fires, I am offering you a free session through Feb 15, 2025. Make sure to note that you are a fire survivor in your registration.
